Business & Personal Information Collected To facilitate authorized commercial fertilizer transactions, statutory invoicing, and verified road dispatches, we collect: • Firm Identity Details: Legal business name, trade name, registered office address, and contact credentials. • Statutory Credentials: Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN), Permanent Account Number (PAN), and State Fertilizer Retail/Wholesale License Number under FCO 1985. • Banking & Payment Records: Bank mandate information, Virtual Payment Address (VPA), transaction reference codes, and billing ledger history. • Logistics & Dispatch Data: Delivery warehouse coordinates, contact numbers of authorized receiving supervisors, and road freight vehicle tracking logs.

3. Purpose & Use of Collected Data All data gathered is strictly utilized for legitimate agricultural business purposes: • Processing and fulfillment of wholesale fertilizer indents and commercial orders. • Statutory generation of Form A2 Commercial Tax Invoices, e-Way bills, and FCO batch test inspection reports. • Real-time road freight logistics updates, consignment tracking, and gate pass verification. • Account management, credit line verification, and direct dealer support. • Compliance with statutory reporting required by the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India.

6. Retention & Grievance Redressal Commercial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 8 statutory fiscal years in compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and GST rules.
