Freight & Depot Dispatch Logistics Policy

1. Central Manufacturing & Depot Hub Operations All commercial fertilizer consignments are dispatched directly from our verified factory warehouses and regional distribution hubs: • Central Operations & Headquarters: Auto Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana. • Northern Dispatch Hub & Warehouse: Industrial Growth Centre, Bathinda Road, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. • Strategic Regional Dispatch Depots: Guntur, Bangalore, Jalna, Visakhapatnam, Kadapa, and Mysore.

2. Dedicated Road Freight Logistics To ensure timely delivery during peak Rabi and Kharif agricultural cycles, we maintain dedicated road freight partnerships: • Full Truck Load (FTL) and Multi-Axle Trailer dispatches for cooperative societies and master wholesale stockists. • Part Truck Load (PTL) deliveries for retail agro-dealers with organized regional route consolidation. • Every road dispatch is accompanied by an electronic e-Way Bill, Form A2 Tax Invoice, and transporter Lorry Receipt (LR).

3. Order Processing & Transit Timelines • Order Processing: Stock allocations are processed within 24 hours of payment authorization and credit clearance. • Intra-State & Regional Dispatches: Typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the regional depot node. • Interstate Long-Haul Dispatches: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days, subject to route distance and regional highway clearances. • Real-time shipment updates are dispatched via SMS, WhatsApp notification, and online via our Consignment Tracking Desk.

4. Weighbridge Calibration & Loading Quality Verification Prior to dispatch from any SRI KARNI FERTILIZERS AND CHEMICALS PVT LTD facility: • Every truck undergoes certified gross and tare electronic weighbridge verification to guarantee exact tonnage. • Fertilizer bags are inspected for stitch integrity, inner LDPE moisture liner sealing, and batch code legibility. • Weather-resistant tarpaulin covers are securely lashed across all open flatbed trucks to prevent moisture or rain exposure during transit.

5. Unloading & Consignee Receiving Guidelines • The consignee or appointed godown supervisor must be present during truck unloading. • Compare the delivered bag count and variant specifications directly against the physical Lorry Receipt (LR). • Endorse the transporter delivery sheet with date, receiver name, and godown stamp. Any discrepancies must be recorded immediately on the LR copy.
